It is rich, powerful and complex. Aromas of blackcurrant, morello cherry, spicy notes with a finer profile on this 2017, typical of the vintage. Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new.
It can be kept 8 to 10 years.
Goes very well with any white and red meat, especially game and of course cheese.
