It is rich, powerful and complex. Aromas of blackcurrant, morello cherry, spicy notes with a finer profile on this 2017, typical of the vintage. Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new.

It can be kept 8 to 10 years.

Goes very well with any white and red meat, especially game and of course cheese.

On a base of very pretty Grenache enriched with Mourvèdre, the nose expresses itself on notes of candied fruit, garrigue and spices.

The mouth is full and creamy, between freshness and aromatic persistence.
